Every cinephile of the 21st century knows the work of Alejandro González Iñárittu--the Mexican maverick's filmography has caught him loads of awards throughout his entire career, beginning with the seminal AMORES PERROS back in 2000. For anyone wishing to see his complete works on the big screen, next week the Landmark Theater in West Los Angeles will be hosting an Iñárritu Retrospective, in conjunction with KCRW! The final screening will be of BIRDMAN, with Alejandro and his Academy Award-winning cinematographer, Emmanuel Lubezki, in attendance for a Q&A afterwards. It's bound to be excellent. Here is all the pertinent info:
Monday, February 2 at 7:30PM
Tuesday, February 3 at 7:30PM
Wednesday, February 4 at 7:30PM
Thursday, February 5 at 7:30PM
Saturday, February 7 at 12:30PM (Q&A following with Mr. Iñárritu and cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki)

(Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. Screenings are overbooked to compensate for no-shows. RSVPs do not guarantee seating.)
